SantéVet is the market leader in pet health insurance in France and Belgium, with established operations in Germany and Spain. SantéVet was founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord, and now employs around 350 people in Lyon, Lille, Barcelona and Frankfurt. SantéVet offers a simple but comprehensive suite of pet health insurance solutions that are renewed annually and cover illness, accidents and prevention through three complementary brands: SantéVet, Bulle Bleue and Jim & Joe.

Your responsibility

⋆ You plan, design and successfully implement creative marketing campaigns to acquire new customers. Your focus is on lead generation for Germany (field marketing).

⋆ You are responsible for the local implementation of the global communication, marketing, PR and social media strategy and its action plans in the areas of B2C and B2B.

⋆ You are responsible for content marketing (topic identification, accompanying copywriting, search engine optimization/SEO, CRM and content publishing) and social media marketing and implement corresponding measures with service suppliers.

⋆ You build and expand local partnerships with relevant brands and media in Germany with the aim of acquiring new leads and contracts.

⋆ You bring the right flair for addressing our target customers and partners in the local environment and ensure our professional appearance on site while adhering to CI/CD guidelines.

⋆ You will be in charge of all aspects and will manage service providers and partners in coordination with the headquarters in Lyon. In doing so, you will keep a close eye on the budget (budget planning and control).

⋆ You support the sales department in the organization of local events, trade fairs and events (B2B and B2C).

⋆ You provide proactive advice on marketing issues, media planning, market and competition monitoring, identification of trend topics, analysis and optimization of measures based on defined key figures.

⋆ You monitor our marketing KPIs (traffic, leads, contracts, conversion rates compared to targets, etc.) as well as the local budget and report to your stakeholders at regular intervals.

Your profile

⋆ You have completed a commercial or advertising apprenticeship and / or a university degree in the field of marketing, business administration, etc.

⋆ 5-8 years of professional experience in a comparable, preferably international role.

⋆ Very good knowledge of field marketing, lead generation and digital marketing (search engine optimization/ SEO, social media, etc.) as well as strong digital affinity required.

⋆ Industry experience in an e-commerce, fintech or software/SaaS company desirable.

⋆ Project management or leadership experience a plus.

⋆ You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and drive topics forward independently.

⋆ You are very good at organizing and have a high degree of flexibility and a positive attitude.

⋆ Quick perception, proactive hands-on approach, high stress resistance. You are used to working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

⋆ Fluent German and very good English skills required. Knowledge of French is a plus. Communication with headquarters will be in English.

⋆ Travel activity circa once per month, nationally and internationally.
