To build and lead a team in the Sales and Customer Relationship department at our Frankfurt a.M. location, we are looking for a committed Team Lead (m/f/d). The position offers limited work-from-home opportunities and requires a high level of office presence.

Your responsibilities include but won’t be limited to:

  • Active Participation in the Company's Sales Strategy

- Close collaboration with the departments of Marketing, HR/Training, and IT (ERP) at both national and international levels, in German and English.

  • Leading and Managing a Team of Call Center Employees

- Responsible for the efficiency and quality of the team in the Customer Relationship area.

  • Management, Monitoring, and Analysis of Performance Indicators and Results

- Regular reporting and adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.

  • Recruitment, Integration, and Support of New Employees

- In collaboration with the HR department.

  • Implementation of Individual and Group Coaching with Follow-up Measures

- Aimed at the continuous performance improvement of the team.

  • Participating in Cross-Functional Projects of the Company

- Involvement in projects that extend beyond the Sales and Customer Relationship area.

  • Promoting and Maintaining Team Motivation

- Creating a positive work atmosphere to boost sales performance.

Your profile:

- At least 4 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Customer Relationship Management required.

- Leadership experience is a plus

- Insurance experience would be highly appreciated

- Fluent in German and English is a must. French is a plus.

- You are flexible, have a positive attitude, and are solution-oriented.
